Firestone service advisors placing incorrect oil on invoices, will cost Firestone millions of dollars on repairs. Majority up vehicles affected are Fords. Fords require 5w20, 99% of all invoices have 10w30. Sounds like Firestone is going to pay huge when customers motors give out. Claims are starting to effect there claims department.
